1. Why should I work with a mortgage broker instead of my bank?
- A mortgage broker can provide greater choice. I have relationships with 60+ lenders, including the big banks, credit unions and private lenders. I have a better chance of finding the best mortgage for you and will do all the leg work.
- Brokers can often secure special promotions and lower rates that may not be advertised to the general public.
- Since I only have to request your credit report once, your credit score is protected. This one credit pull allows me to review your bureau and shop many lenders without having to pull the bureau again. It’s different than applying directly at the banks where your credit report will be pulled each time hurting your credit score.

2. Is there a cost for your services?
- Most of the time our services are completely free; we’re compensated by lenders directly in the form of a finder’s fee. You'll get honest, unbiased mortgage advice at no cost. You have absolutely nothing to lose by working with us and you will get more choice.
3. Do you work with clients outside of the GTA?
- Yes! I regularly work with clients all across the country and most often with those in Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia.

4. Do we have to meet in person?
- No, we provide a fully digital experience and I can help you with your mortgage over the phone and computer from the comfort of home. It doesn’t get any more convenient than that!
5. Do you work banker’s hours?
- No, we work beyond the 9 to 5. I work flexible hours based on your availability. I can be available evenings and weekends when required.​
